Summer is the best time to start training in the open air! The heroes of our new weekly column will be crossfit athlete Alexander Semenikhin and sports complex Punto Fit! Alexander will talk about how to improve your shape, and demonstrate the exercise program that you can repeat yourself!
The first part of training - gymnastics complex:

10 rounds on time
• 5 pull-UPS
* 7 push-UPS on bars
* 13 squats

Those who are not physically ready to perform pull UPS and push UPS can use a rubber loop
⠀
The second part-strength work, the purpose of which is additional study of the hips and buttocks.
⠀
Run 5 series:
* 10 squats with a barbell on the shoulders +
* 10 lunges back with barbell on shoulders
⠀
Exercises are performed sequentially superset with a rest of 2-3 minutes.
